One of the most popular toys for kids (and adults) is Legos. So it’s no surprise they’re also one of the most popular gifts. We all know that Legos are great for building and creating, but did you know they promote creativity and problem-solving skills?
Here are three ways Legos can be used to encourage creativity and problem-solving skills.
1. Encourage your child to use their imagination with the different Lego sets available. 2. Give your child a challenge when it comes to building (i.e. build the highest tower, build the tallest skyscraper, etc.). 3. For younger children, give them tasks to complete that require them to use their motor skills. Lego bricks are a great way for kids to practice woking with their fingers and to practice picking up and removing the lego pieces.
